In September, 2006, after two years of legal battles and public opposition, Yolo County agreed to abandon their claim to Conaway Ranch. The Alliance is encouraged by this victory but understand that our job is not done. We will continue the fight to reform eminent domain abuse to ensure that our homes, family farms and businesses are protected.
